Prefer to pay when it arrives? COD is available on most pin codes. To keep deliveries genuine, we verify your mobile number with a quick WhatsApp OTP before confirming a COD order.

Shipping FAQs
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2 PM on a business day are usually packed and handed to the courier within 24–48 hours. You’ll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on orders of ₹1,299 and above. For orders below this, a small delivery fee is calculated live at checkout based on your pin code. Cash on Delivery adds a flat ₹100 handling fee.
How do I track my order?
Log in and open ‘My Orders’ to see live status and the courier tracking link. We also send tracking updates to your email and WhatsApp at every stage — confirmed, shipped, out for delivery and delivered.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD is available on most orders (a ₹100 handling fee applies). For COD we verify your mobile number over WhatsApp to keep deliveries genuine and reduce failed attempts.
What if I’m not available at delivery?
Our courier partners reattempt delivery up to 2–3 times. You’ll receive WhatsApp and SMS alerts before each attempt so you can plan accordingly.
