How It Works
The returns process
1 · Raise a request
Go to My Orders and start a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

2 · Share your unboxing video
Attach a single, uncut unpackaging video clearly showing the sealed parcel being opened and the product.
Mandatory
3 · Ship it back
Return courier charges are borne by the customer. Pack the item unused, with all tags and original packaging.

4 · Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 48 hours.

The unpackaging video is essential — return or exchange requests without a valid, continuous unboxing video cannot be approved.
Refund Terms
- — Refund is issued within 48 hours of receipt of the returned courier.
- — Original (forward) courier charges are non-refundable.
- — Return courier charges are to be paid by the customer.
- — Refunds are made to your original payment method (store credit for COD, on request).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, innerwear and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
Items that are used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original tags and packaging will not be accepted.
The Unpackaging Video Rule
To protect both you and us against damage or wrong-item claims, please record one continuous video while opening your sealed LEMCE parcel. This single clip must clearly show the unopened package and the product inside — it’s required to approve any return or exchange.

What is the return/exchange window?
You can raise a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery from the My Orders page.
Is the unboxing video really mandatory?
Yes. A single, continuous unpackaging video showing the sealed parcel being opened and the product is required to approve any return or exchange. Requests without it can’t be processed.
Can I return innerwear or underwear?
No. For hygiene reasons, innerwear and underwear are final-sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return courier charges are paid by the customer, and the original forward shipping charge is non-refundable.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued within 48 hours to your original payment method.
